General Information
Thank you for your interest in renting from Skyline Properties! We strive to offer the best quality housing in the Tri-Cities at affordable prices! Before submitting your online application, please review our general renting requirements:
Minimum gross income requirements for rentals is 3 times the monthly rent. For example, to qualify for a $1,000 rental, applicants must earn at least $3,000 monthly, before taxes.
We do not accept Section 8 vouchers at this time.
All residents over the age of 18 must be listed on the rental application and pass a basic background, criminal and credit check. There is a fee for this service, but you will not be requested to pay this fee if you do not meet basic rental requirements. As a general rule, we do not rent to individuals with extensive criminal backgrounds or serious past offenses, those with active bankruptcies or a history of evictions.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be fixed with proof of current vaccinations. Animals that primarily live "outside" are not allowed.
Minimum initial rental terms are for one year unless otherwise noted.
All of Skyline Properties' rental units are single-family homes; as such, residents are required to pay all utilities and maintain lawn and yard services unless included within the lease. All tenants are also required to maintain renter's insurance during their tenancy.
